Lygon Cottage is a fully modernised, detached property which is furnished to a high standard. The property is fully double glazed and insulated making it ideal for any time of the year.
Our rental rates are as follows:
Weekly charge is £700 per week except:
Easter £800 per week.
June – August £800 per week
Christmas & New Year £800 per week

Bathroom – with power shower and bath.
Garden and Parking
Garden: fully enclosed with direct access into the woods behind.
Parking: for 3 cars on the driveway.
General Information
- Heating: white meter electric heating in all rooms
- Hot water: mains pressure

How To Book
- Check our booking page to see if the dates you want to stay are available.
- Highlight the week(s) you wish to stay, and fill out the form and submit.
- Or telephone/text 07743 452220 to reserve your dates.
- Please also download our booking form, complete and post it to us within 7 days, together with your deposit cheque
- Deposit: £100 (non-refundable) required when booking.
- Balance: Payable 4 weeks prior to start of holiday.
- Weekend/Mid week bookings: May be available, please enquire.
Pet Friendly
- Pet Friendly – we are dog lovers ourselves having 2 Labradors and appreciate most dog owners are responsible, but we ask guests to please observe the following:
- Keep dogs off the furniture and beds
- Bring a bed for your dogs to sleep in
- Clean up after your dogs in the garden and in the woods
- Do not leave your dogs unattended in the cottage
